At preciousnorahairbrand customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. We stand behind the quality of our products. We believe we can work together with our clients to make every purchase a positive experience. Our hair is carefully hand inspected prior to shipping.
All terms of payment are always 100% upfront. As soon as you place an order online your debit card will be charged. We have zero tolerance for fraud and theft of our merchandise. Any and all fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
PRICING
All prices are subject to change. Without notice, preciousnora hairbrand will adjust pricing to its products. Preciousnora hairbrand will only honor the current price listed. If a purchase is made, and then the price is increased, the customer will not be charged the increase. The price listed at the time of purchase is the price that will be honored.
INSTALLING
Style your wigs appropriately before installing.
Care of the Hair
• Wash in cool water
• When washing your hair extension or wig, do not massage or twist the hair
• Apply a generous amount of conditioner
• Do not apply conditioner to areas where the extensions are attached
• After washing, allow to air dry (don’t roll or rub hair into a towel)
Styling: For hair bundles, 2-3 bundles (with either a frontal or closure) are needed for a full fix depending on desired fullness.
TEXTURE
Virgin human hair is distinct, and no two heads of hair are exactly alike. Our pictures are meant to provide you with a general idea of our textures. When you place an order with us you will notice that there will be some variation between our pictures and that of the hair you receive. This is not avoidable nor should it be. It is part of the fun of buying and wearing premium quality virgin hair. Our hair is beautiful and unique, just like you!
COLOR DISCLAIMER
Preciousnora hairbrand takes pictures of wigs on a mannequin using a ring light and as such the colour might be slightly darker when you receive your wig. This doesn’t mean the wrong item was sent but an indication of the effect of light.
Please be forewarned, refunds and/or exchanges WILL NOT be issued for dissatisfaction with texture or color!
Colour will always be specified in the description.
PAYMENT TERMS
All terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major debit cards and we use Paystack as the processor. As soon as you place an order online your debit card will be charged. We have zero tolerance for debit card fraud and theft of our merchandise. Any fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
We reserve the right to refuse sales to any client without disclosure of reasoning.
Once payment is made there are no cancellations of orders.
ORDER PROCESSING
Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed first thing Monday morning, unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time allotted by the shipping method selected at checkout.
Deliveries within Lagos take 24 to 48 hours.
Interstate delivery takes 2 days – 5days, depending on location.
Order Processing During Peak Season
During festive periods, logistics and shipping companies are usually overbooked. In consideration of this, we will ask that you allow 2-3 days within Lagos Deliveries and 2-5 days for interstate deliveries. Once the order is packaged and shipping begins, your order should arrive within the stated days.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
If any product is out of stock, it will be shown as “sold out” or “unavailable” and you will not be able to purchase that product. However you can send us an e-mail (or WhatsApp message) regarding the item that you desire and how we may contact you, and as soon as the product is available we will notify you. We apologize but, we will not hold products for clients, the notification is a courtesy to let you know your product is back in stock.

SHIPPING DELAYS
All Shipments Require a Signature.
For your convenience please do not wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagements it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating delivery times. We entrust our logistics partners to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
EXCHANGES
Preciousnora hairbrand at its sole discretion, may exchange products under the following conditions:
• Requests must be made within 48 hours of receipt of product(s). Any exchange requested after 48 hours business days of receiving the product will not be honored
• We will not accept any merchandise, which has been used or altered (washed, brushed, combed or cut) in any way. The bundles or wigs must be in the original form/state in which it was shipped.
• You cannot return human hair products that have been used due to hygienic reasons. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution.
• Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. In order to process an exchange the product would need to be sent back at 70% of your expense (we cover the other 30%). We suggest sending through a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages
• Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value
• No refunds will be permitted, unless it is determined that preciousnora hairbrand is the party at fault, then we shall exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer
In the case of an exchange request due to a customer’s discrepancy of the product or texture, preciousnora hairbrand is NOT responsible for any reshipment costs.
FAILED DELIVERIES / REFUSED SHIPMENTS / INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Incomplete or incorrect address information is one of the major causes of shipment delays. Please double check your address information before placing your order. Make sure you have included ALL the necessary information required to deliver your package (Address, Apt Number, Etc.). Your order will be shipped via our logistics partners to the address provided (for those in Lagos) and if you don’t opt for home delivery outside Lagos, your package will be sent to the terminal in the state you provided for delivery.
It is important that you provide accurate and complete information.
• If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the fee the logistics company charges to make the correction via package intercept
• NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS
• If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges
LOST PACKAGES
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please call us immediately. We will contact the logistics partners right away on your behalf and initiate a “Missing Item(s)” claim as the authorized sender. The claim process can take up to 7-10 business days. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY “MISSING ITEMS” CLAIMS FILED DIRECTLY BY CUSTOMER.
POLICY CHANGES
Monar Deluxe Store, reserves the right at our discretion to adjust prices, policies and procedures. Please check this page periodically for changes.
COPYRIGHTS, AND OTHER RIGHTS
Preciousnora hairbrand, does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for, or the provision of services and support. Preciousnora hairbrand, will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, preciousnora hairbrand is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate Naira amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, preciousnora hairbrand is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate Naira amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.
Images of people or places displayed on the preciousnora hairbrand site are either the property of, or used with permission by, preciousnora hairbrand, use of these images by you or other third parties is prohibited unless expressly permitted in the Terms of Use or elsewhere on the preciousnora hairbrand site. Any unauthorized use of these images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and other applicable regulations and statutes. Sale prices change from time to time without warning. Once an order has been placed, packaged, and shipped you are no longer eligible for further discounts. If the purchase has left our office and is in transit to you, the sale is final along with the price paid. No requests for price adjustments will be granted.
